Micah Tipler founded Monarch & Maker in 2020 after spearheading several successful, award-winning ventures, most notably Crimson Design Associates and her role as Founder and Principal at TIPLER Design. Raised in the UAE, Europe, and Southeast Asia and educated at Manchester University in England, where she earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees, Micah’s distinct outlook draws from a rich tapestry of global influences, empowering her to develop groundbreaking ideas while bringing a fresh, innovative, turnkey approach to each endeavor. This approach is the cornerstone of Monarch & Maker’s design philosophy, product sourcing, and procurement strategies, ensuring the team executes each project flawlessly.

Of all her accomplishments, Micah is most proud of her three sons, and she is passionate about building strong relationships that provide a firm foundation for her family, team, and clients.

Since joining Micah’s team in 2011, Aimee Marling has gained extensive experience across all facets of the design and construction industries. Her broad range of knowledge provides critical insight into Monarch & Maker’s comprehensive understanding of the industry and high level of expertise in operations, project coordination and documentation compliance. Aimee’s meticulous attention to detail has been ingrained within the team, ensuring precision, consistency, and exceptional quality in all our deliverables and everything in between.
